Commission will be payable on all confirmed tracked orders. Cancelled orders and duplicate orders will not be validated. All new customer information remains the property of Tayroc and may not be used by affiliate partners to re market our products without express permission.

Social Media

Botting is forbidden
Intercepting Tayroc and customer interactions is forbidden
Promoting expired, false or incorrect offers or information is forbidden
All social media posts should be sent to the affiliate manager before being posted

Sale Periods

During any Tayroc sale period or event, the base CPA may be reduced and all incentives suspended during the sale event. Prior to the event going live the affiliate manager will clarify the change. During any Tayroc sale period or event voucher and discounts of any amount are not to be promoted, listed or communicated by affiliates without explicit consent from the Affiliate Account Manager.

Validations/payments

In line with the 30-day refund policy Tayroc will not approve any sale until the refund period has expired. Once the 30 day refund policy period is over, please allow up to 3 working days for all of the accumulated sales in this period to be paid in full.

Inactive Affiliates

Affiliates that fail to promote Tayroc in some form and capacity or fail to register a click within any 60-day period may be removed from the programme without notice.

Breach of terms

Tayroc reserve the right to withhold commission payments to any affiliate found to be in breach of these terms.
